Introduction

Young people enrolled in secondary education recognize music as a means of identity that gives them belonging to the group of friends or colleagues, a situation that has to take the teacher to turn his class into a central space that generates learning experiences through which students to gain meaningful experiences that will ensure the appropriation of techniques, processes and knowledge with those that form the musical competition.

Quidmúsica, is a pedagogical approach that potentiates the structure and content of programs RIEBER for learning music. The methodology offered in books and digital material portal, represents a novel alternative to learning resources for students to identify and take ownership of the musical language while they develop skills through vocal and instrumental music practice. It also allows the development of sensitivity and auditory perception through regular exercise of active listening. It also regulates experiences for young people to perform improvisations and musical creations without the formal composition.

The proposed Quidmúsica provides the teacher the opportunity to work with students who have had little musical experience, but also those with an intermediate or advanced musical training, as there are different lessons for two levels of musical performance.

Quidmúsica Each lesson is a teachable moment that retrieves the student's musical experiences to expand their musical vision, enrich their musical tastes and form a critical assessment. It is an opportunity to strengthen the values ‚ attitudes relate music to other areas of life science, technology, health, economics or history. It is a regulated space that promotes the expression of views, analysis and reflection about the role that music plays in the lives of people, and to learn how to influence the social, cultural and historical place in music that many groups humans.

Purpose of arts education in secondary
The purpose of the subject of Arts in high school is for students to deepen their knowledge of an artistic language and practice it regularly in order to integrate the knowledge, skills and attitudes related to the artistic thought.

To achieve this goal, the student will have to appropriate techniques and processes that enable artistic expression, interact with different artistic codes, recognize the diversity of relationships between the aesthetic and symbolic elements, interpret the meanings of those elements and give them a sense of social and enjoy the experience of being part of the artistic work.
Also, by practicing the arts seeks to strengthen self-esteem and encourage the appreciation and respect for differences and personal expression, community and cultural.

It is important to clarify that the subject as part of the curriculum of basic education, not intended professional artistic training but, as has been said that students intentionally used the language of one art form to express themselves and communicate in person, for relationships between the symbolic elements that constitute an artistic, self and collective, and judgmental perspective that combines the aesthetic, social and cultural.
